24:33 - I'm Jamaican born but living in England since I was 5. The reason there's lots a large amount of Jamaicans here is mainly to do with the Windrush generation. A lot of Caribbean people were brought over to work on the roads etc. My grandparents came over, had my mum here but didn't like it so went back to JA. My mum stayed with family friends who also came over during the Windrush gen and then went back as a teenager. Even though my siblings and I were born in JA, we were all given British passports at birth and was able to move here. A lot of Jamaicans I meet here are in the same boat; they have a family member here which from Windrush which made it easier for them to bring others back home over. They started making it harder to do so now but once you have a decent sized community in a country, more people will come over to be with family.
The visa isn't super easy to get though for JA passport holders and is even harder for men. I have family in Brooklyn and parts of Canada too. Since Jamaicans are English speaking, it makes sense that they'd move to the closest/easiest English speaking countries. Where there is a country that speaks a language brought over by colonisation, you're going to find a large amount of those nationals e.g. lots of Congolese and Algerian people in France/Belgium vs lots of people from Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Sao Tome Principe, Guinea etc in Portugal
