I made this for the first time today and it was a success! I substitute the sour cream for full fat yoghurt and the cake turned out to be soft and moist. Thank you for this wonderful recipe and I will definitely be making this again.

Well as I am writing this, this delicious looking coffee cake is in my oven baking. I followed your directions to the T; however, I live 8,000 feet above sea level so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Usually I think you are supposed to add a little more flour but the batter looked thick like yours so I didn't add anything extra. We shall see but it smells delicious, thanks for the recipe.

Made i this weekend! Looked great, only used walnuts. We have a tree in the backyard so always plenty off then :) and loved the texture so moist and nutty.

I put one cup full fat sour cream and 1/3 cup light sour cream. Do you know how to make it more moisture or soft? Besides using all full fat sour cream. Thank you.
