@xxicaruswingsxx not sure if you are referring to a relationship between you and your mother or you and your daughter(s) BUT let me tell you - I was a daddy's girl as a kid, horrible/rebellious to both parents as a teenager, and best friends with both my parents by my early-mid 20s. My dad passed a year ago but my mom and I, we struggled hard during my teenage years, are so close now (since I moved away over 10yrs ago and even though we live 10hrs drive away from each other). You just eventually evolve into an adult state of mind where you GET where the parenting comes from.
This is assuming there was nothing illegal going on...
