Looks delicious! I just recently purchased a 1050 masterbuilt I’ve cooked pork ribs , and a brisket both came out great . I saved my prime to smoke after I get a few cooks in and learn the smoker more .
I wish I could take a bite of that brisket through my screen, man that’s looks like perfection 👌. I’ll be cooking some ribs and chicken this weekend on my MB 560 I just got , can’t wait 👍🏾
First off i just saw you on the Netflix BBQ show and you killed it! Really enjoyed watching you and Logan develop your friendship. Mad respect to both of you! How often are you using the mop sauce? Only on the paper, or did you apply directly to the meat also? Is 195 internal what you were going for, or would you have preferred a higher internal? That brisket looks amazing. Ive been wanting to try to make one on my Traeger but haven't pulled the trigger. Do you suggest using water on a Traeger also? Thanks!
Everything my wife would cook turns out this blackened... but that brisket I'm sure is much better....and you probably don't have a headache from smoke detectors.....
Good looking brisket T, that Uncle Steve rocks. Thanks for the shoutout man!

Looks awesome Tee as usual my man!!
Gonna try the mop sauce and butter when wrapping next time. Is that the only time you mop your brisket is on the papet when cooking brisket
Looks great!! My next Brisket is going to be on the masterbuilt digital charcoal smoker. I’m hoping for similar results.

I’ve never heard of washing the meat, when should washing of meat be done?
Washing the meat should be done before seasoning......as soon as you get it out of the pack.
@@charlesljones2454 never have, I can’t see why to start doing so after 56 years but thanks for the explanation

Killer bark🍺🍻🍺
Secret ingredient: Fly Juice.
It's over cooked, 250 is to high its over cooked, 215 or 220 is perfect, 250 will be good if you don't trim the brisket
What’s your opinion on the mustard I always see everybody rubbing on before the rub
some do adds color but you don't need to it acts more as a binder for your rub but the rub will hold regardless I don't we just season forward
