If you don't find a means of multiplying your money, you will wake up one day to realise that the money you thought you had, has exhausted. Investment is a ladder to climb the financial wall.
I agree with you mate. Investment is also a bridge to creating financial longevity. And not just any investment but an investment with lots of return because there are investment that has less or no returns.
Most failures and loss on Investment usually happens when you invest without proper guide, assistance and clear analysis of the profit and risk percentage of the Investment.
So how do you get your proper guide and the analysis you mentioned? Because I have incurred huge losses while investing by myself
it's best to have an investment *manager* who has well acquainted knowledge about Investment, to help you earn from your Investment on your behalf while you oversee the Investment growth, having hundred percent access to your portfolio.
Speaking of investment *manager* , any recommendation? . I will also want to know if while he/she handles my Investment, is my investment still accessible by me to monitor and authorize any action on the Investment portfolio?
I'll have to disagree with you on Video Editing. That is a job, not a side hustle. Whether it be part-time, full-time, salary, contract, it is a job. Someone is paying you for a service that requires expertise, tools, & time. Sure, for videos where it's just a talking head and a few infographics it shouldn't take that long, but for high quality videos you need to treat it like a career.
Yeah, having done some really ridiculous editing in the past, it's taken me a month to make 5 minutes worth of content before for barely any views in return. It's extremely laborious work for very little reward most of the time, as there's so much content out there and the algorithm already favours quantity over quality. You're absolutely right in that to have ANY chance as an editor, you have to do it full-time, or basically sacrifice your sleep and social life if you already work 9-5 lol
I don't think that's what Nischa meant. She was referring to Video editing or any other income you earn that isn't predominantly your main source of income.
Likewise for SAAS projects. You can automate a lot but to say they run themselves is a huge over simplification.
I studied Video editing in university, it is probably THE most time consuming process within video production so I definitely wouldn’t consider this to be a “side hustle”. Well, not unless you don’t value your time and want to spend every waking second away from your 9-5 infront of a laptop.
Video editing requires a lot of technical expertise indeed. And equipment.
I stumbled across your page last week and I have to admit I've stopped listening to the radio on my commute into London in the mornings now I listen to your videos instead. Very informative 👏
Our society needs women like you....🥰🥰
I discovered your Channel one week ago and I must say: I really love your content and you way of presenting it!! I feel in a way of connected to you!! Thank you very much for sharing your experience❤
A random side hustle I do - though it's not really passive income - is dog walking when I'm back in my city. It's an hour out of my evening, good exercise, and I love dogs. I'll typically bring in an extra few hundred pounds a month with it that I stick in savings.
Great stuff Nischa - first video of this kind in a while in which I felt like I took something valuable away from it. I like how you drop valuable resources throughout your explanations such as 'nomad list' and 'remote ok' which I wasn't familiar with. Subscribed!
Nischa mam , kindly a video on time management where you manage your work, health, sleep, self care , side hustles, family , friends. It will be very helpful💓
I've considered a few of these recently, I just need more than 24hrs in a day so I have the time to start them. Thanks for the information 😁
I’ve discovered your channel yesterday! It’s brilliant lot’s of good recommendations.
You are a strong and independent woman, very inspiring ❤.
Ok… you seriously speak to the part of my brain that thinks…. “What about XYZ”… you speak to it and answer it in a way I can actually bare to listen to and enjoy hearing !!! ❤
Thank you for your time and knowledge and educating us I don’t think you realize how helpful this is for people who struggle like myself ❤ really appreciate your videos and you!
I have watched a couple of these videos but this is the clearest straight to the point video on this type of thing.
Also depends on what country you are living in. I can say in Thailand you will almost get no income at all. That is due to the law in Thailand not allowing people to be freelancers. Thai people will also find local people only to do these services.
It was a great help in terms of gathering more knowledge. Thank you so much! U should definitely get even more subscribers and views in 2023, cheers to that 🥰🌈
The maintenance can be quite high for online course if you do for example, coding courses etc. bcs the world of software dev progresses SO quickly so you have to update your course constantly.
Hi Nischa, thanks for such a wonderful content!! I always look forward for your videos :)
Out of all the Side Hustle videos I have watched, this is one of the clearest with some of the best advice .. and really well presented :) Subscribed.
Just came upon your vids 12-26. Great straightforward helpful information!
Your channel is really really good. I cant stop watching your videos. Good topics and edge of real about them.
Thank you for these videos! I am really enjoying your videos!
Enjoyed this video, some good food for thought. Keep up the good work 👍
Really interesting what you say about the effectiveness of newsletters, how it takes your own fanbase off social media sites that are fuelled by algorithms. Thanks!
Nischa glad to have stumbled on your videos. As a fellow banker we get so hung up on the day job that it’s the core income stream but it’s the side income that should drive your appetite to invest in more opportunities. Keep the videos coming.
@@alimuzhussain8394 Wow, that was unnecessarily rude!
Is it because you think you're some kind of observant Muslim that you can be so rude? Or is it because you are in reality a small, ineffectual man that is insanely jealous that a pretty woman is way, way smarter and more successful that you?
I can't wait to hear your tough man reply.
@@alimuzhussain8394 why u hating for it’s a simple conversion. She doesn’t owe you nothing but if you’re watching her videos you do owe her some respect.
Thank you nischa for making this video
Love your channel! Glad i also stumbled on your channel!
Fantastic content. Keep it going! I’m going to try 1 or 2 of these ideas 💡
Thank you Nischa, for sharing this video, and helpful tip.
I like your last comment about not giving up and persevering.
Awesome video! Thanks for sharing. It would be great to see a video on how you grew your UA-cam subscribers with just 23 (ish) videos in a little under 12 months!
I’ve become really interested in financial education since I started watching your channel last week. So much so that I’m actually now looking for online courses around budgeting and other key financial knowledge in order to educate myself and achieve financial freedom. Since you spoke about courses in this video, do you have any courses you deliver yourself on these topics? I would definitely register. If not, perhaps some course recommendations for beginners? Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated and thanks again for your informative and empowering videos!

I did my accounting studies in Germany quite useful they are.
Thank you so much for this amazing content. Really grateful to have found this channel
I am so glad to have found your channel. Amazing.
Hi Nischa, love your work. This one has a reflected audio problem, sounds like you are in a big empty space. Techos might call it Echo, others might suggest fitting wall sound panels. Something is different.
Your videos are really inspiring
Sowing and reaping is good advice, cheers
even thou for myself i am just a poor caveman and am in the proccess of studying something in assoc w/ IT i really like the auudio quality and yoour communication skills
thanks for this - in the last 10 mins, I've had SO much inspiration for ideas for side hustles due to this. I would also like to reach out to you in gratitude - something to return the favour.
Like your videos! One suggestion...upgrade your microphone. The room echo you have makes it harder to hear you. I would suggest the Rode Wireless Go II. You can add a lavalier later. Getting a mic close to your mouth (clip onto your sweater, behind the collar) will do wonders to reduce room echo. Also, if you can use a large thick rug, if not already using one.
Nischa, you are smart and intelligent. I am loving your videos. They are simply awesome and full of knowledge.
Your very pleasing to my eyes...ty
Wow!! love your content. Beauty & brains to match !!
Where have you been all my life 🙄 glad to watch few of your videos
This video has really helped me a lot thank you so much for the skillshare idea in particular
Great content by the way! I would like to correct one of your side hustle "SaaS". You mentioned that "SaaS" doesn't require much maintenance once it's up and running. This is simply not true. I am a User Experience/Product Designer for SaaS. For all the start-ups and established tech companies that I worked for, there is a whole team of software engineers, product managers, researchers, and product designers dedicated to fixing bugs and implementing the next iteration of the software. Therefore, the maintenance for SaaS is more like a 4 to 5 stars.
The example you gave, the founder is probably a software engineer and therefore, the founder probably spend a good deal of their time maintaining the site. If a person without any software engineering background wants to get a SaaS up-and-running, the upfront costs will be at least $20,000 USD and this costs doesn't include fixing bugs and iterations.
That said, this is definitely a great side hustle for all full-stack software engineers.
Cheers!
It actually depends. Not all SaaS projects have a ton of developers or a company behind it. Some are very simple, single page MVP type affairs which can be set up relatively quickly, with minimal maintenance. I think that's what is being referred to, rather than the top end of the scale. This is about a side hustle, not growing a start up business.
@@jasonm2087 True that a SaaS can be an mlp or mvp. That said, it might still have technical bugs and with users, there will be complaints. Founders need to deal with these issues for acceptable user experience.
That said, if I have the skills of Ia full-stack software engineer, I will definitely develop some sort of software.
Excellent BEST 👌 INFORMATION
THANKS MILLION
GOD BLESS YOU
Once again, excellent!!!!! One thing, something is going on with your audio, it sounds muffled. See if you can fix that but otherwise, amazing content
Nice video nischa...
Wow, sounds easy peasy! You hit the nail on the head about giving up quickly ...
Skill Share? I'm wondering why people would use it rather than UA-cam? I can't start a trial as busy the next few days, but do people do a one-off 'course' or does it need to be a course on there?
Thank you for all ya tips and effort :)
Insightful ❤️
Hi Nischa, can you drop a link to the digital templates that you are selling please
I like your channel and content. I think the sound quality would be so much better with a microphone, which would make your content more accessible. Right now, it’s hard to distinguish your words clearly because of the echo.
Thanks for this❤
Hey. Great ideas and I've been enjoying your videos but I'd like to maybe suggest getting a different microphone. Or perhaps tweak the sound a bit. It sounds a bit too boxy, loud and flat a lot of times so I end up listening to the videos with very low volume. Just something I thought worth mentioning. But great content! Thank you!
I love your content as it's super informative. However- may I make a suggestion? It does sound like there is an echo in your room. Perhaps you need a mic or something? Otherwise keep it up :)
You always provide good content people do you research properly when doing a new venture and never put all your eggs in one basket invest in different ways
Can you please give examples of different newsletter topics?
I think I have a crush, and sound financial advice. Other than the rest, I think I agree with other comments on video editing being too labour intensive, though there are cases where one could create templates or procedural packages.
again. I come for knowledge and different perspective. I leave intoxicated.
What digital products do you suggest?
Thank you so much for sharing, making money and talking money is something that triggers me which is something I’m working through and understanding where that comes from. Your videos actually make me excited about making more money & the opportunities around this 💚
Nice video. Everything looks great but the audio needs a serious upgrade. Nice video though 👍
You are really good, thanks
Hello Nischa! what is the name of the song in the background when you start speaking... It sounds sooo good. Thanks in advance
I fail to understand how these can be considered passive income ideas.
I've been selling on eBay since 2003. The secret to success, have little to no competition.
Oh I love you so smart and informative !!!! Thank you for these videos
Hello Nischa i like a lot your videos they are very interesting. Could you please make a video on whether we have to use our savings to pay our entire mortgage off or to use our savings to make new investments? For exemple if you have a mortgage of 300000€ and you have also saved 300000€ is better to pay off your mortgage with these money or to keep having the mortgage and buy a new property with these cash? Thank you in advance.
Thanks v much. I’m going to make a video next that touches on this and will give you some tools
How successful I would've been if I did not abandoned the many projects I started out of college. At one point I literally started everything you mentioned in this video but fear and doubt creeped in and I stopped.
She is breathtaking ❤

Nischa what do you think of investing on Start-ups by websites like Crowdcube ??
I must admit at first I judged you for being some wanna be youtuber whos content might not be great... 2 videos down and I AM A FAN! Love your content. Thank you!
Great content, but two questions from me.
How restricted are you in your investing decisions given that in banking/ asset management you need to have formal sign off from compliance before placing any trades? Or is it just a matter of being careful you're not investing in securities that you aren't supposed to be?
Also, I thought you had to declare any side businesses to your main employer or in some cases are not allowed? I may have this completely wrong though.
Thanks!
Hey, yep - that’s right. Approval is needed for certain investments (diff for diff banks), and on side business, best to check with your company as depending on what it is it may need to be declared as an OBI
@@nischa thanks Nischa, appreciate the reply. Looking forward to more content and starting my own channel soon! Could you do a video on your setup too? (Camera, mic, lighting and editing?)
Hey nischa! I am going to pursue business diploma in canada. How can i go for investment banking after it? I really want to work in JP morgan new york city.
Thank you for sharing!😊
Ok, however I don't think I can get any customer. I hear everywhere do this and that, but I was always skeptical about getting anyone to buy my stuff, make attention to my products. Any idea?
How do you join your newsletter?
Thanks Nischala
can elaborate more on saas ideas ??
Hi - I really like all your content. Thanks for sharing your wisdom . I do have a tiny request -is it possible to speak a little slow? For those of us who are non-English speaking by birth . Thanks !

Thank you
Just a heads up that when signing up with Substack, South Africans will not be able to create an account with Stripe (as yet). 😔
Here for your smile!!
Hi Nischa. Really enjoying your videos. They are super informative. Can I ask what platform you use for your affiliate links please?
Your videos are nice and good quality of camera but sound is soo poor. Would be nicer to watch if the sound was better
Thank you so much I have seen you so many times in here but never subscribe ,could you tell me how can I start when I don't have e a clue of how to do it.
Wonderful
4:01 a 2...wow question how do you /AND OTHERS edit?? On your cell phone with an app? What is the EASY way to edit videos? I am guessing you need a computer with a lot of room for data and watching videos and editing them would take a lot of time; also seems like the most challenging thing...I thought it was more difficult!
Thank u
You are amazing!!!! Thank you so much you may have just changed my life! A skill share course for me to teach Dance online. Would be amazing! Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love your content but so it’s difficult to be critical but the sound could use improvement. Just a high end usb mic would go a long way. Hope this finds you well.
Nice🌹
Great video's! Smart & pretty
Great video!., But maybe try a different mic, Sounds very hollow
I have just subscribed your channel because it is amazing . The only thing I think you can improve is slowing down your speaking a little. Personally I found you speak too fast.
