Wait they are not modders, but cheaters. There are good modders, those who create extra content and put it in single player games, fix games and things like that. Games like Tes Skyrim are famous for this. The problem is the damn cheaters.

*don't play gta online on pc, other games have functioning anticheat + you can mod gta v storymode

yeah I was having a blast with some modders today but I don't F around with them as much so I left after some missions but I was given speed boosts and Flying car ability and they was spawning in subs in the city lol. But hey stay offline as of now it's not safe rn.

Stand CANNOT remove money. There might be other menus that can but it is impossible for stand to remove money from another player
