I said in the video that you could pull ALL the Evo Skies full arts from this set, I was wrong as this version only has some of the alt arts as Korean/Japanese sets are split into 2 or 3 different sets per each English one released!

Also, Japanese booster boxes guarantee a SR, but Full Arts are considered SR in Japanese.
On the Korean side you don't have anything guaranteed. Hence the price difference.

I hate to be that guy, but to be Evolving skies you had to open three sets, Blue Sky Stream, Towering Perfection and Eevee Heroes.
On that set you could open a thousand booster boxes and you can't pull ever the Moonbreon. That comes from Eevee Heroes.
On that set, it's Rayquasa V /Vmax and Dragonite V Alt Arts.
