[4K 🇹🇭] Walking on PHRA NANG BEACH, Krabi, Thailand

Phra Nang Beach is located in Krabi, southern Thailand. It is located on peninsula that is cut off from the mainland by deep jungle and high limestone cliffs, thus can be only reached by a boat.
There are frequent boats from Ao Nang or Krabi Town. However, the boat piers on the peninsula are located on Railay Beach West and East only, thus you need to walk for a few minutes to reach Phra Nang beach.
Other than Phra Nang Beach, the peninsula is also known for Railay Beach, East Railay Beach and Tonsai Beach.
All these beaches are popular for its turquoise sea color, breathtaking landscapes and picturesque sandy beaches. But thanks to the absence of a pier on Phra Nang Beach, Phra Nang is considered the most beautiful among them.
The beaches on the peninsula are not popular only for swimming, other popular sports include kayaking, snorkeling, hiking or climbing, as the area is full of cliffs. Phra Nang in particular is the most popular among climbers.
Phra Nang Beach features Phra Nang Cave, also known as Princess Cave, a unique attraction on the peninsula. It is a rock cave located at the tip of the beach. Apart from climbing, the cave is known for its fertility shrine, full of numerous penis statues made of wood and stone. These statues are put there as offerings, which are supposed to fulfil a desire for fertility and children.
The best time to visit is during the dry season that is between November and March.
