Good review. Cerakote is a relatively new finish for bars so there isn’t much out there on it’s long term durability. Of course your home gym is a low humidity setting, unlike a garage might be in certain parts of the country. Still it’s good to see it’s holding up pretty much perfectly. Trying to keep sleeves pristine is a fool’s errand if you are actually using the bar. I like keeping my bars in good condition but they are tools, not museum pieces. They can show some use.
I bought the Ohio Bar all black Cerakote during covid 19. Looked amazing but the sleeves did bother me so I sold it. Got me the stainless steel which I wanted all along for optimal grip/no rust/less wear.
