There are a few things you can check: after a days riding, disconnect one of the battery terminals. If something is draining your battery during the night , it cannot drain if one of the terminals is disconnected. That should tell you, you if your generator is supplying enough amps.

Not your battery, but your starter or more likely wiring/starter relay is the issue. You could, since you have a charger take out one fuse at a time over night until you find what electrical circuit is causing your battery drain off.
Beautiful ride, you can ride towards Mandi - Jibhi- Jalori Pass from here, Narkanda then Shimla then to Chandigarh. It is a Beautiful circuit covering many untouched places. Keep it up!
If you are having spark plug issues continually. There is an issue with the fuel. You need to get your tank cleaned. And install another fuel filter additional. It'll go onto the fuel pipeline. There must be rust and water in your tank.
@krikkosadventure that's ok. Battery drain lots of folks have given you all the possible info I could have. From India gate in Delhi, you'll be definitely going there. The ride to my place is on NH24. I take 5 and s half hours from there to reach home. If you do decide to take this road to enter Nepal. Do stop by. I see you enjoy your solitude. You'll be left to be with yourself and the stars. The bike can be checked thoroughly by my younger brother. He's the expert. Has all the necessary tools experience and knowledge. He has a zzr 600 1995 model.
i wonder is sareks problem is kinda related to riding at low revs most of the time. i mean if your bike have an alternator it should charge the battery better at higher rpms.
I would try to change sparkplugs. Transalp 650 has 4 of them, 2 each cylinder. 2 outer are easy accessable but you need to remove fueltank to get to inner ones
I've had this issue with cars twice in recent years, both cases it was the starter motor. Sarek luckily has a separate relay and motor, where my cars had the relay/solenoid built into the motor as one item. So in your case, it's easy to check if it's the relay or the motor, by measuring whether 12 Volts comes out of the relay or not. Use a 12v bulb and connect it with some wire between the 12 volt terminal on the motor and the ground terminal on the battery while you press the start switch. First check that 12 volts is actually reaching the relay, then if the motor gets 12 volts but doesn't turn, it's the motor, otherwise it's the relay. You said the battery was tested OK, so I'm assuming this isn't a battery issue, although another comment suggests corroded battery terminals as a cause. Both motor and relay are available on Amazon or you might find them locally in a larger town or city. Hope this helps; Good Luck. Keep up the excellent videos and stay safe on your adventures... :) :) :)
@krikkosadventure Hope you can get to the real cause if the problem. I watched your last video again, this time with the sound on ( I usually watch using subtitles to avoid annoying others ). I'm starting to think that although the battery itself tested OK, if the battery connectors had even a slight layer of corrosion where they meet the actual battery terminals, it would limit the current that could flow through to the relay and the to the motor, and that vibrating noise could possibly be a very good clue, this is also something I've seen in cars. What happens is that when you push the start button, the relay clunks in, as soon as the contacts make and the load of the starter motor starts drawing current, the corroded battery connections stop the full current reaching the motor, and the voltage across the relay coil drops, causing it to drop out, releasing the motor load. The voltage across the relay coil then recovers, the relays clunks in and the cycle repeats many times a second, causing that vibrating noise. So we're I presented with your problem, before changing the relay or motor, I'd be cleaning the connecting tags and the faces of the battery terminals back to bare metal, making sure the connections are clean and the bolts are tight. And that applies also to terminals on the relay and the motor itself for the same reason as the battery terminals. If it works, put some grease or Vaseline / Petroleum Jelly over the terminals to reduce the chances of it happening again, because you have been in high humidity areas and that's likely to be a significant factor. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Hi Krikkos, Been enjoying your videos. Untill you get the battery/charging issue resolved you may want to consider purchasing a "portable jump starter pack". Nowadays these items are available compact, lightweight and inexpensive. Google for further info. Could be very usefull if you were to breakdown again in the middle of nowhere with a flat battery. Can you confirm if your lights are permanently on?
@krikkosadventure Difficult to describe! A "portable jump starter pack" is just a small 12V battery with 2 leads with "crocodile clips" (positive & negative) permanently attached to the battery. Available in different sizes/AMPS depending on how much power you require. Google "portable jump starter pack".
Most probably the grounding issue in the electrical system in your bike or the alternator issues. I feel mostly the grounding issue check with mechanic.
My usb socket also includes a digital volt meter on both my bikes so I can see battery voltage at any time, when engine running and or I switch on any lights, gives me peace of mind.
