Hey Derek.
I recently got a Bathmate following your suggestion and I've used it almost every day since almost 2 weeks now. It's a Hydromax. I'm just really worried I'm using it wrong. I imagine I'm supposed to have like at least a partial erection for these exercises, but even getting a stiffy alone in the bathroom is hard and tedious for me. I'm 39 and I've had my T levels tested and they were high normal (951) but I also have type 1 diabetes. Maybe this makes getting erections harder for me. However, the last several times I got intimate with beautiful women my erections were fine.

I may be wrong but i dont think you need to be fully erect. Even on their website under instructions they suggest that between uses you should massage out your piece until it is “flaccid” before the next use.
