Look, Im from Chicago and was floored by what happened because it seemed like Von was reigniting traditional Drill which had sort of lost momentum. But even putting my bias aside, Quando ain't do nothing, so I disagree that he has to "step behind this forever". It happened way too fast for anyone to try act like Quando had any control over Tim's behavior. Why should he have to pay for Tim's choice? People bring up Quando name more than Lul Tims? Von is most at fault, because his behavior caused a crazy chain reaction that resulted in one of his best friends being killed too and the other taking a headshot. I'm sure if Von survived he would have regret his behavior for life as he deeply ruined other lives too. Von was being extremely reckless.
