@@demochris1786 this is one of the only manga channels that featured mc's that were complete and total non-simps. It was unique and refreshing compared to the other one's that feature dense mc's that mostly seem like the same dude.

Kazuya is the perfect name for this character. His cold attitude and voice type definitely reminds me of Kazuya from Tekken. The fact he’s a strong individual and businessman runs parallel to him. Slightly power hungry as well.
I have been playing tekken ever since I was a kid in my PSP and this perfectly describes kazuya, also I'd like to mention that I was 1st Dan with my main; Devil jin.

Given his family and environment, it's no surprise that Kazuya had to hide his kinder self in order to survive. But i'm glad there was someone like Asuka who could help him avoid becoming truly heartless. They both need each other, Asuka needs him to not end up in the hands of the malicious Kyoya, and Kazuya needs her to keep his heart from becoming Cold. That kind of relationship has a good ending, I think.
Shout-out to my Co-Star, Ginger Sue, for her work. She captures Asuka's Sass wonderfully, while still making her seem cute and loving at the end. See you all next time!
Honestly betiful work there mate both of you. But but in the mid of the story while voicing little brother your tone became the oldet brother. Overall smooth voice. Keep up.

That last scene....
It seems Kyoya is spying on the couple and hasn't given up on taking Asuka for himself. If this story is going to have a sequel, it would be good to have Kyoya as the main antagonist who enacts a plot to separate the two and nearly succeeds in doing so, only to be foiled yet again, resulting in Kyoya being disowned by his family and Kazuya beating the snot out of him and it leads to Asuka and Kazuya eventually getting married and her family regains their status thanks to the help of Kazuya and his family.
Or maybe a redemption arc

@@rhyscallinan8891a redemption arc would be rough. The brother would have to mess around with the wrong woman who would be threatening to ruin not just his life but his FAMILY. Kazuya would probable fix it and threaten to disown him
His brother would be tick but eventually the butler or maybe Asuka of all people would tell him that his brother actually cares about him and that is the real reason he protects him. He wouldn't believe it but they would ask him then why doesn't he ever has him disowned considering there is so many opportunities. He would eventually come around maybe throw a love interest somewhere to help soften him up too. Maybe the love interest is who alerts Kazuya of his brother dilemma.
Oh my goodness, this was so amazing! Kazuya, especially with every word Old Man said about him, shows time and time again just how much of a Giga Chad he is! I can see why his father chose him to both be his heir and allowing him to have Asuka instead of Kyoya.
And his relationship with Asuka started of cold and bitter, but ended up so wholesome and sweet. And Old Man was an absolute wingman telling Asuka who Kazuya really is and basically instigating the whole marriage between them in a more direct fashion.
Nice ending, I kinda like his soft interior with the rough edges

You know, I get the distinct feeling that Japan hates older siblings, especially brothers. Why is it they've mostly been the villain, or inept, or just jerks? As an older brother, my job, as a certain, orange haired screamy shonen hero once put it, is to protect my younger siblings, that's why I was born first.
On the contrary, the eldest son is usually the most respected. It’s just some abuse the power.
@@darrelleaster5381 That's the thing, in a LOT of anime, it's always the big brother that abuses the power. When in reality, as the eldest, we often have the most responsibilities and expectations. Any older brother that does not, is often shunned by the family. This is why I'm not particularly fond of this trope because it's not very realistic to a lot of older siblings.
@@Slitheringpeanut Yeah, I understand, especially because I’m the eldest myself. But I do know of elder siblings that are absolute jerks in my family, so it’s not the most unrealistic. Besides being the eldest AND having an ungodly amount of power can get to someone’s head terrifyingly easily.

"not well" she understood Kazuya much better after the "old man" explained his attitude / personality to her 😊 And evetually Asuka and Kazuya became a really sweet and lovey-dovey (both only in private) couple 😍

Why didn’t he show his true self to Asuka when they were kids, why now after all this time? Why didn’t he tell her that he wanted her to be his wife sooner, what was her being called his servant earlier all about? Kazuya should’ve sincerely apologized to her for being so Tsundere towards her, and not being honest.
I would hate to live Kazuya’s life if I had to act cold & overbearing, and always worry about others trying to take advantage of me. I show my true feelings and nobody has taken advantage of me? Perhaps it’s because I don’t come from wealth and am not royalty?

@@joelcatubay9479 The reason I see Kyoka as a kuudere is because from my perspective, none of his actions are agressive. He is aloof and cold to the point that if he wasn't in love with Asuka, he'd be a kuugire. He also has a soft, squishy side for her as well.
