- Overview development progress of Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park located in Pahang Malaysia, about 45 minute drive from Kuala Lumpur City. Overall project observed to be completed very soon and set to be opening in second quarter of 2021.

this theme park "almost" become disney brand during fox and disney merge few years ago lol
yup, the keyword here is "almost", somehow it got downgraded from fox world theme park so I'm not excited anymore
MuhdZikry yeah it pretty sad though since this park will be the world first theme park under fox brand before fox-disney merge happened..but im glad that they allow genting to use fox theme brand into some of the attractions :)
Yes apparently Disney did not want to associate itself with the fact that there is a casino there- Disney want to remain "family friendly"

TBH, its kind of good that it isn't under Fox anymore. I could foresee that it will be slapped with a premium ticket pricing (like USS) if its still under Fox/Disney, which the park may not be able to attract the locals in the long run.

I have witnessed the beginning of this project until today because I work there since 1995 -2000 and I return again in 2013.
This looks like it'd be a great upgrade from the Genting Theme Park of old! Honestly, theming that isn't tied to popular media franchises feels more imaginative to me, or at least to my childhood self.
I was lamenting the arrival of "20th Century Fox World", but I never knew the Fox deal had been dropped some time back until UA-cam recommended this video to me, as the last time I had a holiday at RWG was in 2018!

Belum kesampaian mau ke genting . Dulu kami berempat jalan2 di kl. Dua kawan ku milih ke colmar . Aq milih ke genting . satu lagi netral . suaraku kalah. Akhirnya ke colmar. Dah nyampai colmar aq dan kawan ku gak jadi masuk krn ada barang kami ketinggal di batu caves. Dua orang itu lah yg ke colmar . Akhirnya kami berdua turun gak jadi masuk 😭😭
Amusement part always gives me this giddy feeling and has for years. I feel like a little kid again. The only other thing that can do this for me is music. You know bands like Delta Parole, that music takes me back the most.

But i m goong to say so dissapointed to genting highland . First ,the attraction is not exciting and even more worse than ex genting theme park , the ex genting theme got 2 big roller coaster , n some high and exciting attraction but now more look like children coaster , theme square got the highest and biggest loop roller coaster in malaysia ,this is the sale point of time square . Second , i think sunway more better than this genting one , sunway got many parks and aslo one of the toppest water park in the world , more attraction to play in sunway also more thrill actraction like 360 loop ship ,bunjee , the roller coaster and others but u look genting took for 6 years for refurbished then look the attration is not reallh attractive , roller coaster ?? Not trilling ,no high attraction ........... so wtf is genting doing for so many years ,after this i m just gonna say sunway more better than this

To be honest, from the look of it, it looks kinda disappointing, compared to what we see from the concept couple years ago, not only it's not Century Fox themed anymore, it also kinda look smaller and dull compared to what we had before. Idk...maybe need to wait until it officially open to judge.
Not really...... Bcoz there's an indoor theme park as well.... Hence it looks small
Blame it to Disney who acquired 20th Century Fox and try to cancel this project in the first place

Dibawah term park Ada torowong bawah tanah yg hubung 1 at world hotel dgn Awana conversation Centra . Kegunaan untuk kerja2 penyelengaraan .
Kalau ambil gambar view masa berkabus lagi cantik. Rasa macam di atas awan.

@@SolomanGrundy1 everything sold in outlet is supposed to be cheaper than official store. but most product is from old version and their quality is slightly decrease but it's still worth it you might not notice the difference. hope this explains.

Setelah 5 hb ni orang Pahang bolehlah nak jalan2 Genting Highlands,Cameron Highlands,Pulau Tioman,Air Terjun tu semua tapi macam biasalah jaga jarak sosial dan ikut sop hehe bestnya jadi orang Pahang hehe

@@eymanhaykey238 tak spt Bentong, PG tak ada masalah populasi. Selatan tanahair +/- (termasuk JB, Singapore) sama banyak dgn Lembah Klang. Adjust sikit dah boleh buat PBT baru. JB saja boleh buat 3 PBT.
Bentong pula agak terpencil dan kurang populasi. Kecualilah dibuat jajaran baru spt Seremban dgn gabungkan bandar2 terdekat.
