Do you know how much time I spent looking for this online? Just yesterday alone from waking up to going to bed, literally. I have adhd and when it comes to goals and organizing them in hierarchies, it's a real hell. I need to see visually what I need to do in the context of the bigger goal without getting overwhelmed and anxious. Thank you so much man.

I very much like this idea. As someone who has recorded a lot for other people, and while I am very creative, I have not been able to truly put my own Album together. This process may be exactly what I need to help me focus my ideas and stay on task. We shall see. Hope you were able to get yours done.

Wow! You're such a brilliant communicator. I was inspired but I was so much hoping you would use weight loss/bad life habits as an example of how to use this goal-setting framework. Maybe a bit of a stretch for this thing?

Wow this was outstanding and inspiring! Working on my many maps now! Challenging part is, which project to work on.

It's easier ways to visualize goals rather than using bullet listing. Thank you for sharing.

We can combine the sprint goals with The 12 Week Year Strategy to build up more conviction to our Stretch Goals.

Read my mind. I have been recently thinking about my goals and trying to figure out a plan for taking steps towards them. This was perfect for me today. Thank you.

We have very similar styles in how we go about teaching and doing things. My plans are to learn physics, math, coding, and song-writing. The best part about it? You can do physics and math through coding. This guide helped me visualise how I would do that.
    Thank you!

Thankyou Doug for creating this great video. This is so useful. Being able to visually connect the stretch goals with day to day activities makes it so much easier to wrap your brain around them.
