In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account.
How if the company under liquidation and owner can't use letterhead or stamp as he is not in charge now. If a notarized document from owner and supporting documents like payslip, contract and releiving letter enough.

My question is that will Ircc will try to contact my previous employer although I completed 2 year of work experience here . And had 5 years of experience there i am currently able to verify my 4 years of employment in India but not the whole experience . What should I do in this matter ? Sir, I could not serve the notice period and left the company and gave my resignation after leaving the company. My company did not issue qny pay slip of work experiences certificates but I do have payment of 3 months in my bank account because they were paying first 3 months salary in cash. Hi Ali, I am going to apply under SINP programme. Actually my work experience is like: November 2012 to July 2020. Again I started working with another firm from October 2020 to May 2023.. My question is: is this gap of almost 2 and half months count or not.. There is every chance that IRCC will confirm it from your HR/Boss. You should keep that in mind.

Sir, I could not serve the notice period and left the company and gave my resignation after leaving the company. My company did not issue qny pay slip of work experiences certificates but I do have payment of 3 months in my bank account because they were paying first 3 months salary in cash.
I do have offer letter in my email , I do have company email as well, and I did send my resignation to the CEOs email . Will that be sufficient to prove my work experience is genuine?

Hi Ali, I do have the experience in a company and i have a reference letter as well and bank statement to proof.
But i don't have pay stub or ITR (as it was a low income) for the work experience.

During Covid, my study visa took one year to get approved & during this time i have worked as system Administrator in a company .
Since my study visa application was in process & i was working.
so i could not add that employment details in application. Can i add that experience in my express entry profile?

Actually my work experience is like: November 2012 to July 2020.
Again I started working with another firm from October 2020 to May 2023..
My question is: is this gap of almost 2 and half months count or not..
Actually I told my consultant i have total 10 years work experince but unfortunately she said no u have total 9 years work experience because of your gap ( Sasketchwan does not accept this) Is it like that it just a 2-3 months gap of valid reason I leave my last job because of my marriage.

And also during the first year of my work experience, I was doing my thesis of Mphil. Though it was a full time job. I have a finance consultancy firm registered on my name since 2013 and I am regularly getting paid from different clients till date. I have been filing taxes as well every year. My qualification is BE Mechanical and Masters in mechanical engineering. My company and my degree certificates are genuine. I started a firm because my dad is a Charted accountant, jus to help him with his book keeping for his clients. I was doing data entry services as well for different clients. My roles and duties matches with NOC 1431.
My question is can I claim points for express entry program?
Because in immigration cites it says only arts, cultural sectors are eligible as self employment jobs.
