So today I went to a second hand magazine with a lot of stuff and I saw in a corner "Muslimgauze - Zul` M". The cover image attracted me and in that moment I knew it`ll be something really nice to listen. For less than two euro, this album made my day and and made me to want more from this artist. These are the good moments of life.
Man, wasn't instantly hooked by this one but it's such a grower! Love that slinky 7/4 guitar/sitar on Saddam's Children. First Narcotic is also sweet as fuck.
maybe cause muslimgauze's music was inspired by and a tribute to the revolutionary resistance against colonialist powers in palestine and the rest of the middle-east, and azad was one of the prominent revolutionaries in india. in any case, i'm glad azad was evoked in this powerful manner by an incredible artist.
это мягко сказано. Я конечно не музыкальный критик, слушал всего лишь от free jazz до blackened technical thrash metal, но тут такая бомбическая атмосфера, что диву даешься

what was this shop?
I love this comment and smile every time. You are right… these are the best moments in life.
Zul'm is excellent for the first-time Muslimgauze listener, it's not extreme or minimalistic, it's just normal, but with distinct Muslimgauze vibe.
It's difficult to find a muslimgauze album at that price
how did he make this sound so dynamic
it feels like it's beyond stereo
These would be great in a DTS 5.1 Surround remaster.
some reverb and compression surely
no mastering...
Roland Space echo?
notice 02:35 effect fades out
from the depiction ig the man is Chandrashekhar Azad an important figure in the freedom movement of india
It's Chandrashekhar Azad.

Wow man.. that's really cool
And the picture of him behind a tree with a gun, surrounded by colons, represents his final death.
I love those kind of historical context comments on Muslimgauze music here. Thank you
That's "Chandra Shekhar Azad" on the cover.

What's he doing here ?!?
That's what I thought. None of the song titles are even remotely related to him
@@hmmlol-yi9kv no one knows except the MuslimGaze himself.

Не то слово))) давно к ним подбирался, но у проекта столько альбомов, что не знал с чего начать. А тут случайно увидел облогу и решил заценить.
