It seem like, there is 2 type of task
1. just type "minecraft" and you will get it.
2. wacth the live for more than 3 minute to get it.
and thare is 1 more that need 1 and 2 to get it
For me, somehow i can't get the code for the live with just type "minecraft", it says its not in my region, but i can get it on the one that need 3 or more minute watch time.
I don't know if this is like the other or not

live in Australia, you might have to ask a friend to get the code for you as if your outside of the US it's almost impossible or extremely hard to get this item due to region locking.
Apart from that Twitch worked out well and in the end was able to get all capes.

I'm in the UK yet Toycat doesn't work for me. I've tried a bunch of other streams too but nothing works. Tiktok just doesn't show me anything about the cape.

i had this same problem. what i did to fix it was switch to my alt account that i had on tiktok and then the icon popped up. for some reason the icon wouldn't pop up on my main account. hope this helps!

For anyone who have issues with unavailable in your region or country or icon not appears. Here is the solutions
-If it not available in your region, try to watch live from streamers in your own country instead
-if the icon not showing up. Try to switch or create another TikTok accounts
Edit: VPN doesn't work at all, i tried already

from my testing most vpns dont work for bypassing the regionlock on them
however if you find a different stream with the "1 comment for code" quest its for some reason not regionlocked at all

Maybe you could use a VPN to change your region. My country also banned Tik Tok, and it wouldn't work on my SamSung cellphone. In the end, I just used my IPad to claim it.

If tiktok is banned in ur region then ask someone who has tiktok and tell them to get u the code
Hey, I have a question about the capes. I was on a call with my friend, and I was watching twitch to get the code. I got the code but when I redeemed it and went to my cape inventory it didn't show up. It also said I already had it when I got the cape again by making a new account on twitch and getting another code. My friend also got a twitch code and went to redeem it, but it didn't pop up in his cape inventory either. Next, we tried the TikTok cape. I couldn't even make a TikTok account because it says, "Can't open this page try again later." My friend was able to create a TikTok account and watched for an hour, and still didn't receive it. If you know anything about why this is happening, please reply.
