@@CJ-zp7qj I meant underated like Willie Mccovey, Frank Robinson and Eddie Matthews all hall of famers but underappreciated comared to their counterparts. McCovey lived in Mays shadow, Matthews lived in Aarons. Thome was a quiet humble guy so he was often overlooked compared to guys like Jr or big papi.
@mojogogo1773 disagree. That's just like saying Jeter lived in arods shadow. Or pippen in Jordan's. The y are not overlooked cause they were that great
Thome is a class act, very underrated.
Hall of Fame is underrated?

@@CJ-zp7qj Good point friend!
Jim Thome! A great player, I think he hit the first home run at citizens bank park when it was built, when he played for the Phillies (my team😎)
Thome is one of my all time favorite players. He is also one of my all-time favorite good guys. What's cool is it looks like he can still hit.
I love how he said “nice swing” like he’s talking to one of his 10 year old players 😂
this was very helpful
A good drill actually
“Once he opened my hips, it felt like I became free”
😂😂😂
He didn’t do the teacherman swing! 👀🤔interesting
Yes he did. Thome was replicating Bonds violent bat tilt towards shortstop before snapping the barrel into the zone
5:46 this one went like 430
This guy has done 48 lines of cocaine
wat
Dude needs to shut up and let Thome talk
When you say open your hips what do you mean 😂
Yeah that didn’t sound great lol
No homo, right?
