I recently got the rusty fender repaired and painted and now it looked almost new, finally I could be the envy of the town..but there was a problem, it was too difficult to install the fender back on its place, as I didn't want to carry it to a mechanics shop or my home for the fear of scratch etc and the painter wasn't ready for the job.
Luckily the painter's elder brother, who happened to be a mechanic took the onus to fix it, and I was relieved.
I got the ball bearing replaced and every thing was done as desired.
I filmed the entire process, just it case I want to do it on my own next time or in case any one of you guys are planning to do so.

How much did the specialist charge for installing the mud guard? How long did it take him? It was daylight when he started
Was approximately Rs.100 (1.5 dollars). Took him almost 45 minutes

Nothing mate, I don't repair/ride/restore/modify for commercial purpose. I though can help you with basic dynamics and design of the bike, as those things were meticulously planned and executed to my taste and need.
