Fetching something feels like a chore.
    Carrying something gives you strength.

    It's warm here too....early 80's . The nights.are.still.on the chilly side! I'm thankful for what I have...and thankful for what I don't have! I'm 71 today....😊 Thanks for the walk & talk!

Yesterday was my 54th birthday and I went south on a day trip, it made me feel lucky and grateful to celebrate another year, another "trip around the sun" on the most beautiful and warm winter day, 75 degrees and doing what I enjoy the most that is filming and I am so grateful for my creative abilities and that I have the physical health to still be able to do what I was born to do that is my purpose in life, I always have that anxiety over what the future has in store, and I understand completely that anxiety is a thief, I just try to push on every day, just knowing that there will be days that I can just live more "for moments and not things" Collect moments, not things is what I am learning thank you for sharing your insights, you are a very motivating person and you are strong ☀️💪

The desire to avoid feeling stuck in crowds is precisely a major reason why I chose to relocate to ABQ. But the thing that still gets me these days is reacting negatively to ABQ drivers - not using their blinkers, sticking their nose out in traffic, drifting into my lane. Trying to fool myself into thinking that I"m driving in Mexico, not New Mexico - in that case, I would likely be apt to go with the flow and certainly not honk my horn. An ongoing New Year's resolution in progress...

A much needed walk-and-talk, thank you. Your anxious responses are not identical to mine but similar enough that I know what you’re talking about. Your advice is learned and much appreciated.

I have dealt with horrible anxiety over the last few years. It has caused tingling in my face and chest pain. Last year I actually had to have a stress echo test to rule out heart issues. Fortunately, it was all attributed to anxiety. I hope things get better for you real soon.
