What a random announce crew! Bill Venterini sweating it out in the pits. He is having a blast! The 16 61 cars were wrecking every week. That 31-W sponsorship was a curse. How Gunselman had the funding is beyond me
2003 Pepsi 300 Location: Lebanon, Tennessee Track: Nashville Superspeedway Type of race track: Speedway Starting cars: 43 Finishing cars: 27 Laps: 225 Cautions: 7 Pole Winner: Randy LaJoie (7) (Part-Time) Most laps led: Bobby Hamilton Jr. (25) (68 laps led) Race Winner: David Green (37)
Thanks for uploading this! First ever Busch Series I saw from start to finish in my first year watching NASCAR. I even had this race on tape until it went missing a few years ago. Boy 13 years later, the coverage and execution is questionable especially when Wimmer wrecked.
What a music in the beginning? (he is cutted) Upd: well after 2 years of search, WITHOUT HELP, WITHOUT HINTS, WITHOUT ALL, I found this song American Bravado by Jim Frangipane
Way too many companion events starting about this year or soon thereafter. Nascar killed a lot of good racing after the turn of the century by eliminating most of the standalone tracks Busch and Trucks raced at.

I like your uploads because you keep the correct aspect ratio.
What a music in the beginning? (he is cutted)
Upd: well after 2 years of search, WITHOUT HELP, WITHOUT HINTS, WITHOUT ALL, I found this song
American Bravado by Jim Frangipane
The music gets muted to avoid a copywrite issue
Race starts at 30:00 in case anyone doesn't want to sit through the preshow.
Audio is low, and I had to switch to the other copy of this race because utube silenced most of the starting grid because of background music?!
Audio is fine outside of when copywriten music is played
I believe this was the last year that the Nashville spring race wasn't on Easter weekend.
Why did the cup series never start racing here like they did at Kentucky?
because they never got the funding for it
Now the Cup Series races here!
