SEAL The ugly accent you hear in the video IS fake. Only Russian people who speak English for the first time in their life might speak like this, but this guy clearly is experienced. Usually Russians have little accent when they speak English.
I hope that the Russian, keep all of their modern building in one place, and don't let them close to the classic building, building's of the past. A bit too modern for me, but I need to go to look at it.
