@@saurabhpandeygsforall sir ji aapko nahi aam janta jo janti nahi but its reality those who have good background academics have great chances to get into IES . My relative is also from civil IIT KANPUR btech he says most of his seniors friends join topped IES GATE he joined software job .
@@saurabhpandeygsforall sir i am from EC all toppers are from good colleges NIT DTU specially in GATE IES . I think main reason would be they have worked hard for JEE IIT now they have got their basics right these guys have good IQ level analytical skills to solve numericals grasping power more than that of tier 3 college guys .
