Tibia
5 insertion- semimembranosus, popliteus, sartorius, gracilis, semitendinosus
4 origin- Tibialisanterior, tibialis posterior, flexor hallucis longus, soleus from soleal line.
In fibular notch- interosseus tibi fibular ligament
Extensor retinaculum M to L : tendon of tibialis anterior, flexor hallucis longus, ant tibial artery, deep peroneal or ant tibial nerve, tendon of extensor digitorum longus and tendon of peroneus tertius
Flexor Retinaculum from M to L: tendon of tibialis post, tendon of flexor digitorum longus, post tibial artery, post tibial nerve, and tendon of flexor hallucis longus
Nutrient foramen- nutrient artery wch is largest in the body.-branch of post tibial artery.
