Satellites ko control kyun karna hai? Satellite waise bhi din bhar zameen ko observe kar Rahi hoti hai. Ab NAVIC ki satellite se data processing centers mein data download hogi aur ek specialized software iss purey data ko din bhar process karti rahengi. Ek specific highway pe agar 2 rupaye per km ka toll hai to satellite data se jin jin gadiyon ko uss highway pe paaya jayega aur jitne kms Tak uss highway pe chalte huye paya jayega uske hisaab se toll calculate hoke bande ke account se deduct kar liya jayega. Sweet and simple.

Whenever any vehicle would be enter on highway and exit on highway. At Exit and Enter point would be monitored by government. Payment gateway would work same as on fasttag , benefit for consumer those enter on highway just 3 km before on toll booth and you are paying for 60 km as in India mostly per 60 Km there is toll plaza.
More than half of the fast tag lanes are always closed at toll booths on NH 16 between bhubaneshwar to Visakhapatnam.
This tech already exists, should b now monetized, since fastag already exists, this is just one step up.. this tech can also monitor speeding on expressways..
A gpps device connected with the system will enable tracking and this will get activated on entering this zone and the toll automatically gets deducted and go on line to the government and at the backend there will be a government interface which will be processing the data and toll collected .A great project of Gadkari is have irrigation systems in the arid areas of Gujarat and Rajasthan in which desalinated water from giant plants at Kandla will pump water upstream and these canals will enable irrigation during summer and after monsoon will store fresh water plus we will have solar panels along it's bank which will generate solar electricity and the farmers will also get to do afforestation which in turn will provide livelihood and ensure better environment .Already afforestation efforts are on in certain areas and has provided a thick green cover belt of a large area .
