PowerShell for SQL Restores

Just a quick update. all funtionality in the video is now in the prod version of the module, so update from the gallery for all the goodness.
And we've added 2 requests that came from the audience;
1: support for NoLogBackup and NoLogBackupSince on Get-DbaDatabase
2: Backup-DbaDatabase and Restore-DbaDatabase now support MaxTransferSize,BlockSize and Buffercount
anything else you thing is missing, let us know.
