WORKOUT & STRETCHING SESSION: classic Monday ❤️ | Strength, Flexibility & Mobility

TODAY: Full body fun! We will do only 20 minutes of cardio today, so that we'll be properly warmed up for the strength part, without being to tired! I am still wearing that dreadful neck brace, so we have to adjust to workout to that, but we're used to it already XD.
In the end we'll stretch & relax. We'll probably do a 2 hour stream, but depending on how i goes, it might be a longer one! Take care, kisses, hugs and.... read you!

About our live workout sessions:
We usually start with some cardio and afterwards we get into the strength work. Sometimes it’s gonna be full body, other times just core, upper body and/ or lower body. And in the end we always take our time to do some beginner and some advanced stretches! So, there’s something for everyone in it!
We might use props, like a chair, bands, dumbbells, gliders, ankle weights, a magic circle, an aerobic stepper, a Pilates ball, a big exercise ball, my power tower, yoga blocks… but if you do not have any of that, don’t worry; I’ll always give alternatives. Same goes for high impact or very advanced exercises. I will always strive to give you different versions to chose from, so you can adjust the workout to your needs, as we are all different and therefore have different needs!
