Nice setup. Another testcase which you should not try: put transceiver transmitting and unplug and replug the power to the audiocontrol bord. I have seen safety circuits that are not safe when powering up or down, because that is forgotten in the design.
I tested, 20 or so times, disconnecting the power supply of the audio switch while transmitting. No problem there. It seems that during transmitting the audio switch is powered off, so unplugging and then plugging the power cable does nothing really.
If I don't want to use the audio from the SDR (just using the Transceiver audio), can I set the delay so Full Break-In (QSK) is working from the Transceiver? For the Panadaptor SDR application, I don't really care if the SDR display can't follow the Receive audio while sending CW (it will switch in the SDR after I stop sending). Also, since the two SO-239 connectors are wired together should the Antnna Switch safely handle 200 Watts of transmit power?
