I was kicked out of the OlympicPark in Seoul,South Korea while observing the sky. What's the reason?

When the telescope installation was almost complete, the security guard told me to leave, so I begged him to stay there for an hour. What the hell is the reason for kicking out astronomical observations in public places run by the state?
