Why not buy a used Ford Transit with a tall roof (so you can stand up) and have it converted to electric. You can choose the motor, the battery capacity and get it all done for under 50K. Used van circa 2006-2008 around 10k. Conversion cost 40k. A new Mercedes E-Van with the big battery will be 70k, easy...
wow, Charge at 20% up to 80% 200 mile range empty load it up 120 miles, then only 60% actual range gives you about 60-70 miles so charging taking 30min, so every hour you'll be bounching between fast chargers that take 1/2 hour.... got it.

for vanlife, eco flow delta flow has the capability of charging at ev charging stations. that alone makes me want to get an electric van.

Why not build your own electric van.? Should be quite similar to building an e-bike and cheaper than buying a new one.
