One caveat, this is a draft crazy race. No marshals pull anyone up. Real athletes race clean, don’t bunch up in trains on the bike course and exit the arena with a clean conscience.
I did see a very small number of people get penalties but fully agree, there were a lot of trains went through without any comments. One train passed me and then passed me again later, I assume they got pulled up, served their time, but then went straight back out and carried on.
