Sometimes, though, you need to be honest with yourself. If not the consequences could be deadly. How many morbidly obese elderly folks do you see out there? Everyone has their demons food addicts are no different than a drug or alcohol addict. I don’t understand why families don’t encourage each other to be HEALTHY ‼️
Exactly. It is shocking to see the whole family being obese (and the younger sister even more than the bride). It needs to have a lot to do with eating the wrong food in their cases. I mean, I love that show, don't get me wrong. I find it absolutely commendable and marvellous that finding the right wedding dress can boost a lot of confidence in people struggling with their weight. But this is so unhealthy that I really fear for them living on in a couple of years.
I worked in healthcare, major hospital, for 45 years prior to retirement eight years ago. Contrary to what people believe, there are MANY morbidly obese elderly people in both America and the UK/Britain. MANY.
These brides needed to be reminded that someone loves them and is marrying them for who they are.

TLC is the guilty party for the cut, not the show, and the show has been our of production for quite a long time. This is a very old episode, so you might find it by doing some diligent searching, though not being interested enough, I don't know where in the archives you'd have to look.

This was really educational for me. This woman is *so* beautiful, and *so* elegant and stylish, and she can't see it at all. Me, I'm only a size 16, but I feel just the same way about my body as she does about hers. People tell me I'm not seeing myself clearly, but I don't believe them. I think they're just being polite. Then I watch her, so beautiful and so completely unable to see herself clearly either, and I think, "Is that what I'm like too?"
Libby is a beautiful woman. ❤ what I don't understand is, if being overweight bothers her so much , why doesn't she loose weight ?? I speak from experience , it's possible too loose weight if you modify your diet and start exercising. She will be a gorgeous bride .
She can't "loose" weight because she doesn't have weights attached to her body that can be unhooked and dropped off. She might desire to LOSE weight, but that's up to her, not to any viewer.
And she was a bride more than a decade ago. This episode is from around 2012.

That is not amber, it's red...red, red, red...amber is a deep, very rich golden color, and pretty much impossible to color hair into.
You claim you don't see her size---but shout about it by using all caps. How is that meant to be subtle, as one would expect from someone who claims not to see size?

You'd have to try and do an archive search. Depending on who posted this---it wasn't TLC, by the looks of it---they may have had restrictions to follow when they acquired the rights to put it up.
