Tip : If you get boxes and dont put to train, you can put to the left side cuz if you put first box to train, bot is spawns so get all boxes to train's left side and then crouch, so bot cant detect you, start putting boxs with crouching.

Its because the Railway its abandonated, so thats why the assistant looks like that
The assistant in the construction site is probably in defence mode as it killed wrole and that is why we see the robot with red eyes
