We had a 2021 ID.4 lease for 3 years. Infotainment software is mediocre and glitchy but loved it other than that. We leased a 2024 and no major issues. All of them have a stop-sale due to a door handle recall (water can get in there). So I don’t agree that all EVs are bad. Even you got a Tesla! Just some cars and service departments can’t fix things on any given car.
I agree. We loved the ID.4 but couldn’t refuse the offer on the table.

We rent an ID4 2024 and we had an ac problem at delivery… they fixed it. It also had the clip of the wireless charger mess up and the infotainment system is freezing. We steel wait to get them to fix it..😢 It’s the first VW that we rent, it will probably be the last…
I don't have a Volkswagen or what even consider an EV, But your message I'm sure saved a lot of people a lot of money and headaches by avoiding this car. In the future if I ever consider a car with a battery it would be a Toyota hybrid or a Honda hybrid. EV cars and SUV's where I live are not popular and there's no infrastructure for charging while you're driving Is an running low on power. I currently have a 2016 mitsubishi Outlander sport I love it if they made a hybrid I would have gotten thatBut absolutely no EV

@@TTorres1183 oh saw that at the end now, I wish my wife didn’t hate teslas, we actually looked at one but insurance was a lot hire, I’m in Orlando. Went from $900 to $1600 for 6 months which was crazy, Geico.
