    I suggest you get a pull up bar that mounts to the studs of your wall. It will be more sturdy and won't dance while you are doing your reps like the one you have that sits on the ground for support.

      I hear you. I mainly use one at an outdoor park, this one is out of convenience in my building. I may try putting some weights on the ground to stop movement🤝
