bro i remember this story really disturbing me as a kid like what the heck?? but now im like 14 and gonna be 15 in like july, im really in it for this story and was left with so many questions like what did cupcake have? what made doctor green faint and freak out about? what virus was it? how did the files get deleted?? and how did the virus all of a sudden just magically disappeared?? this was a roller coaster of things on this story and i would really wanna see a sequel on this

What i think happened: i think that cupcake girl had a never seen before parasite virus thing that was moving in her lungs and heart thats why dr green passed out and when cupcake girl had the the seizure thing it was cause she was in a weird seizure heart attack state that didn't let her breathe that why her toes went numb and the reason why dr green ran out saying she couldn't treat her is cause in the books it says that its super contagious and if u get near it u could get the same parasite virus thing cupcake girl had and that the reason they left us cause cupcake girl left is cause the cupcake girl just felt fine but died later that day but the mom took her to a different dr and the reason why dr shannon couldnt find the docs for cupcake girl is cause the mom deleted them. Then the reason why dr shannon saw cupcake girl and her mom at the park perfectly fine cause that was a clone of cupcake girl and thats why we see her as a ghost at the end.
