I did Pregnancy yoga for back pain. I would also recommend walking and stretching more I truly believe this is what helped the pushing part of delivering my son.

What do you do when it’s raining outside for Grey to potty? I have a Shih tzu that refuses to use the pad indoor.
About how often you get sick in the winter... I think you need humidifiers in your living spaces and especially your bedroom. Your sinuses stay healthier when they don't get dried out from you furnace which causes low humidity and then in turn, illnesses are likely. Moist air is your friend.
also with stretch marks, you could not have them throughout your entire pregnancy but once you have your baby (babies) you can get them after.. that’s what happened to me 😫

Back pain is really common in late pregnancy , I’m on my 3rd and it has a lot to do with everything growing and the weight of your belly. Braxton Hicks are also super common towards the end of pregnancy, mine have always been a tightening of the belly followed by the lower back pain. But if you ever get concerned always talk to your ob to make sure everything is okay! A heating pad and icy hot have done me wonders!
Walmart has a bio oil dupe! The equate large size is only $8 compared to the real bio oil which is over $20 for the large size

Ahh I was looking for a comment about this! I don’t understand why DRs push this. I was pregnant during the winter I have never gotten the flu shot and have never gotten the Flu & my 8 month son will not be getting it either. Ever.
Surprised by these comments. The flu shot is recommended when you’re pregnant because, like the elderly, when you’re pregnant your immune system is weakened. If you do contract influenza when pregnant you are putting yourself and your unborn baby at risk of miscarriage, premature birth and other complications . There is no harm to your baby having the shot. Please do your research.
Amanda H As with any drug or vaccine, there are various adverse events that can occur with its use. Vaccines are a controversial topic in general, and there are many problems with them. Personally I don’t believe it’s safe to get the shot in general and I would never get it while pregnant especially. You’re entitled to your point of view and so are we.

Everyone I know that has gotten the flu shot has gotten sick very often. Myself and a few people I know who don’t get the flu shot haven’t been sick in years!

I am about 10 weeks behind you at 17 weeks with my first baby that we recently found out is a BOY too! 🥰 I’m so excited. It would just be more convenient as for patients rather than trying to figure out where to go for the vaccines
I just had to get my rhogam shot and flu shot.
I know here in Australia sometimes they don't have a lot of shots in stock in the office so usually we have to go to the chemist to get it instead.
you don't need the TDAP until later in the pregnancy, and the flu is not required.. I didn't get it with both pregnancies and my baby and I are just fine... They offered both, but I refused Flu shot ;)

I onlygained 16 lbs my whole pregnancy but measured perfect every appointment. I felt like I gained twice that but I didn’t. I also had the best hair and skin during pregnancy.

I had the same exact issues while pregnant finally figured out it was a rib out of place! Worst pain ever! I went to a chiropractor and they popped it back into place!
I really love your hair this color, especially with waves! I've watched you for years and I have always favored black hair for myself to until a couple years ago. I have my natural medium brown hair now with some red and caramel highlights. I feel like it makes me look brighter and more awake now I'm in my mid thirties. This is my favorite make-up look on you too. You so pretty in autumnal tones.

I actually am glad I got the flu shot and whooping cough. It actually made me feel better! Have not been sick. I had to get a meningococcal which made me feel horrible the next day. But, I chose to get that shot to protect myself. Especially, since enrolling in college last spring.

Back pain while preggers is no joke! I work at HomeGoods and I'm on my feet all day and after full shifts, whoo lawdy, my lower back and hips are dying! Try stretching as much as possible. You look soo cute Meg! Just take all days easy and enjoy even the pregnancy because it is over in the blink of an eye! I'm Soo happy for you all on this journey!

I just love watching you evolve! I found that using a TENS unit helped for my back pain during pregnancy, as well as prenatal massages in the 3rd trimester.

Im 27 weeks tomorrow! I’ve only gained 14 pounds total but my back pain is UNREAL. And my belly finally started to show haha. But I live in nj too and I don’t think I’m going to get the flu shot just because I never get it even though I work in preschool. But the whooping cough i will be getting! I have to schedule my glucose test this week. Can’t wait to see your baby shower video. ! And still think you have the perfect belly haha

You should go for perfume free Oil for your belly. Bio Oil is not perfume free. I stopped using it doing my pregnancy and used reagular organic and perfume free baby Oil it worked just as well as the bio Oil and it’s Way cheaper. ☺️

I know that you say your videos on your main channel about make up don’t do well, but one of the reasons that I really loved watching your make up videos is because they just seem so doable, whereas I feel like a lot of the beauty community has really gone for these really crazy glam insane looks. Now, there’s actually nothing wrong with that, but I think we would all like to see someone who knows how to do make up, and do just a really pretty smokey eye, whether it be for a date night or just for fun, or just a simple every day go to look. Something that I feel like people can really learn from without having a thousand tricks already up their sleeve, if you know what I’m saying!! That’s just my thoughts, love you Meg!

I use bio-oil as well and the ones I have seen sold on Amazon are fake. You might want to purchase that in a store.
just turned 14 weeks today and I’m really starting to enjoy my pregnancy now that the sickness has calmed down! I started using bio oil every night this week now that I’m in my second trimester to try and prevent stretch marks along with almond body shop body butter (hopefully it works!)
I used Jasons vitamin e oil, the 5000iu, with my first pregnancy and I didn't get a single stretch mark! It's helped with other skin issues I've had to. Plus it's like $7. It's just straight oil so be prepared lol but I've been using it with my second pregnancy and still have yet to get a stretch mark.
