thats not what science says, its the calorie intake that matters, the only upside to eating so much is to stop protein breakdown but you can offset that with supplements

I’m having a hard time eating to gain weight as possible, but it’s worth it. I have increased my weight from 148 lbs to 158 lbs, and just did a new deadlift PR of 355lbs, boy feel happy about it. But my weight goal is 170 lbs and then cut. It’s a long journey but I’ll be focus and consistent during this long trip 😤😤😤

Currently working out in my basement, having a bunch of plates, some dumbells and a medicine ball. NO virus can stop your will to become a better version of yourself!! KEEP WORKING. AGAIN. Instead of lean building muscles, you build muscles and a bit of fat, therfore you have to do an extra period of dieting after or shredding, but you may build more dry mass under that fat, because you definitely reach your protein and Kalorie goals everyday.. So lean and a bit longer or not lean, bit more muscle but some diet after, it's a personal choice, what works best for you, what you are more comfortable with

i don’t see the issue. i’m 155lb obviously natural and consume 3500-4200 calories a day. it’s a bitch, and lines up with everything that was said in the video. maybe just stop being a bitch and get your food down. i don’t enjoy it, i eat the same 4-6 meals every single day. all that just to gain .8-1lb a week.
@@Schianoy0 cool, that's not the point I was making at all by the original comment. Eating 6-10k calories a day like these guys, as a natural, will just make you fat. Uneducated kids looking to put on some mass look at these videos and think "eat big to get big hurr durr" when all they really need is a mild caloric surplus.
@@hslhunting very true and well said, a surplus of 300-500 cals will help you gain at least 2-3 pounds a month. Gaining a pound a week for a hardgainer, now thats unreal and very challenging

Last year in 2019 I was 58 kg and now I'm 80 kg in April 2020.. although I'm ectomorph but who cares... to hell with genetics 💪
Well done dude. ectomorph here also, starting weight at age 20 65kg at 6 foot one. my heaviest ever at age 44 almost 110 kg...didn't take supplements,ate 5 big meals a day. It didn't last, all that was on my mind was eating,training and sleeping, no life. i still workout and i still love watching these vids.

Yeah Brother I am also consuming lot of calories and training hard and pushing myself everyday. Last year I wasn't able to do squat with single barbell but now my squat is 140 kgs. I know it's not that heavy in my weight category but I still believe I worked hard 110 % everyday.

Eating like that takes away the joy of eating. I'm sure they enjoy the food at times, but the consistency makes It a business. The goal they are looking at is the reason they need to feed the muscle. Just to maintain what you have requires eating what's needed and being consistent. It's a discipline. A challenge, in the gym and out. I saw a woman roll her eyes as a bodybuilder walked past her. I went up to her and told her, "have some respect, he put in tremendous work for his physique." She said, " I know, it's just that, you become addicted and cannot stop because of all the hard work put in, you're afraid that you will lose your gains and are never really satisfied." Turns out she was a bodybuilder in the past and now shes happy being lean and at a weight that suits her. She took her light sweater off and was ripped. She pulled up her tank top and still had a six pack. V shape, all. She said she was 65y.o. I was very impressed. It's one thing to be in your 20s. But 60s is a whole new, RESPECT

I burn about 4000 cals daily being in the pool for 2 2hour sessions
And 1 2 hour session in the Gym
And another 6 hours of school
And if I don't eat at least 5 or 6 times a day I get Hella skinny
