Tbh I think this songs could be op or ed song to any drama series. It's really beautiful with a lot triangle love vibe, and I love it since I ship all Chika/You/Riko 😂

Its probably just the natural evolution of the character voice she uses for You. Aqours has been around for a while, so she is probably more comfortable in staying in a character voice or even leaning MORE into a character voice compared to older songs like the one you mentioned. you notice this in pretty much all of aqours and muse with the VAs (like comparing Hanayo's old voice with her new one - i feel like ive seen a lot of people not like her "new" voice). IMO i like the deeper tone that You had in older songs, but she is still my fav lol

I actually love cute tones, but in the deeper tone her voice is more easy to be recalled, since like thousand characters have cute tones. For Hanayo i didn't listen the old voice a lot, but the new one kinda annoys me, because it's too baby-like for me. But i can understand what you said, she (Shuka) basically improved her skills as voice actress and dived more into the character voice she was doing.
