hi there - yes you are completely right, and from now on all my tutorials will be annotated so that the confusing spelling of all these muscles can be seen. If I get some time in the future, I will go back and re-do some of these older videos with annotations!

Thanks for taking the time to make these educational videos, I have learnt a lot more from your videos than all my time in Biology Lessons at School. Your videos will also help me target muscles better in the Gym Bodybuilding. Thank you again !

You can't download videos from UA-cam, but I will be adding the ability to download videos from my website at some point, but I'm trying to figure out how much bandwidth that will use as it may end up being extremely costly!

I love these videos, thank you for posting! However, for these intrinsic back muscles it would be even more helpful to name the areas the muscles reach on the vertebrae! (Longissimus capitus, cervicus, thoracis; etc) That may be too much but it would help. Thanks again!

wow consider not knowing anatomy much i was like: jaw down l o l x D The back was more complexes as i tough it was :D...But as you explained , in function the first(A)posture are for posture(superior, interior) s actually (bended , straight), Second are basically contacting the whole inner back from the lower back & pelvis to the head , and the last one is for the spin tiny little muscles : )) M i right ?

muscle and tendon junctions acts as aggregators which in turn have "similar properties" ( see #inverced ) as biological lenz ... so tissue physiology reflects cellular basal chemistry 😷

The images are helpful, but why not name the origin and insertion? 'This starts "here" and ends "here"; does very little in terms of knowledge, vs 'SCapitus Originates on C3-T4 and the nuchal ligament, and inserts on the superior nuchal line and mastoid process of the skull.'
