Great video, just one suggestion. You can install your muffler under the seat which will remove 2 90 degree bends in the mid pipe for faster gas flow and in case you're bike fall it won't damage the exhaust. I have done that on my RC 390.
@@ClintEwingFreestyle The cooling system is the only thing I have left that needs doing to mine ... I did the cat and pre muffler delete, felt a difference, but probably putting it back. A downside to the mod was bumping my powerband up. I had better pull at 4 grand with the stock setup, and with the cat delete I need to hold at about 4500, so for me I feel I like a lower torque band, I use the low end more than I use the top end.

Also, the link to the seat covers isn't valid and I can't seem to find them. I want to upgrade seats and cover as well as the filter cover with the vents.

Thanks a lot ! You’ve had me looking into dukes all dayyyy and going with my friend tmrrw to go look at one at the dealer love the content keep up the good work
Clint, thanks for the info on the tires. I would like to go to that tire size you recommended as well.I have a question and hoping you can give me some guidance. I do like the look of that bigger tire and willing to give up other things for that look as my 2019 Duke 390 that I just purchased is considered my "grocery getter". I've got a touring bike as my second bike. I'm not worried about having the Duke tires last a long time. I'm more interested in the way they look and I wouldn't mind a softer tire if that's what I need to do to not lose some the performance when I go to a larger size tire. Would I be giving up perfomance as well if I go to a bigger tire? Negligible? (I'm ok with giving up a small bit of performance if that's what it takes to get a bigger tire. At least I know that and am informed if I decide to hit the twisties.) Again, having the tire last a long time is last on my list of worries. My question would be would you still recommend the tire in this video or would you recommend something else having ridden that Dunlop for a few months now? Thank you again for your time and advice.
Thanks for the latest video you made. I'm currently using the stock muffler as well, but with the baffle removed (circular bit to cut it out). I like the "thump" sound it gives rather than the "pop" of the baffle in. I noticed 1fngr sells just the cat delete for $90. What's your opinion of just doing that small $90 mod on the stock muffler without the chamber delete and with the baffle out? Sound, etc.? With that small cat delete mod and baffle removal am I then forced to spend the money and get a tuner?
I've been looking to purchase a KTM390. I Have been watching ALL the videos out there. Everyone talks about performance, and this mod and that mod. One question : why KTM doesn’t build the bike as you upgraded it ready to go ?
Then the price would go up. Thats why they build a 790 for those who want more power and more features
