  • Surviving parenthood can sometimes feel like navigating a stormy sea with no end in sight. The relentless waves of responsibilities, the endless to-do lists crashing down on you, and the constant tug-of-war for your attention can leave you feeling adrift, overwhelmed, and utterly exhausted. It's like being caught in a whirlwind where just keeping your head above water becomes the sole focus, leaving little room for anything else.
But here's the truth: it doesn't have to be this way. There's a light beyond the storm, a path to not just surviving but thriving as a parent.
These 3 habits are the villains in our parenting journey, robbing us of joy, and peace of mind. This is what keeps us trapped in this cycle of chaos and exhaustion. Instead of accepting this as the norm, let's sum up the courage and step into setting up practical strategies for reclaiming our lives.

It IS hard having a baby and a bigger child, especially if the bigger kid is a toddler. I just wanted to say it's totally normal to struggle. I hope you have people around you from whom ask for help. ❤

Great video!!! As a long time member of the studio, I can attest that I've been learning to stack these habits all along. I did that family feast, fam rest, fam fit last year and now we've established a weekly family dinner , 3 times a week of exercise for me and kids sometimes as well as good night time routine that involves me going to sleep at 10pm and getting up rejuvenated.
Can't wait to stack up new habits this year in the studio ❤

Omg habits are what I super need and constantly fail at. But when it works and I have less on my plate I feel peace...for a second :) Will this work for an ADHD mom where habits are routines come so hard?
