Heeey Dillon and Reebs I tried this soup last night and it was a game changer!!! First time I had Butlers Soy Curls and I was surprisingly impressed. I'm a little under and this soup was right on time. Annnnnd your veggie broth is everything.

I gave up store-bought veggie broths when the price of them shot up through the roof. So here's my little invention that works like a champion! I've been doing this for some time now, and it's so incredibly simple AND cheap. I just use water, and for every 8 cups of water, I add 3 Tablespoons of Mrs. Dash, which is a no-sodium all-purpose seasoning.

I love making chickpea noodle soup...I use the liquid that I cooked the chickpeas in, bc it has always tasted like chicken broth to me! But not overly meaty just really rich. Def will try it with the broth powder added!!

I am a new subscriber and I have a couple of questions … Not sure how to get the answers….. First I saw a video today with your freeze dried vegetables. How can the pieces be as good for me as the fresh vegetable? Also I am not sure about not using oil?

You should look up and study what MSG actually is. WFPBNO way of eating really improved in my life after I discovered spice mixes with MSG.
Sure you can use it in your own cooking, but I would never include it in my products just like I would never include salt.

Honestly, is there a reason to water saute first? Sautéing in oil changes the flavors, but broth or water really has no noticeable effect to me... besides a ritual. I get it if you want to soften more dense veggies so the others don't get mushy, but I'm lazy and just toss it all together in my Instant pot. Am I missing something?

Do you purchase veggie stock? It's over $3 a quart usually. My Veggie Broth Mix comes out to $1.25 per quart, so I saved you money yay!

No, nooch is not bad (unless you don't like it). I use it often and love the savory taste it gives to soups, stews, and sauces.
Ya it is so so good in this. There will be other broths we make that do not have it, but this one is awesome with it.

I was so surprised the first time I was in the states and I couldn’t buy bouillon powder! We’ve always used it (uk and Australia) it makes so much more sense than buying heavy cartons of stock!
