    I also tried making with two different eggs White and Brown . White doesn’t need to be cook after 15-20 days being submerged to Brine , the saltiness will cook itself. While on the otherhand Brown eggs need to be cook, I’ve tried submerging it for even 30 days but it never get cook by brine itself. Problem: maybe the shell is too thick.

    Faster time to eat...boil the salted water and let boil. Let it cool to room temperature before pouring the salty water into jar w/ eggs.

    Yung ibang napanood ko ng itlog na maalat 25 days pa nila ibinabad sa salted water..pwede na pala 15 days..thanks sa sharing

    Nandito ako para matutong gumawa ng itlog maalat. Nafrustrate kasi ako kasi mabaho na yung nabili ko sa store. Mas better if ako na lang gagawa, sigurado pang fresko. Ilang beses na kasi ako nkaka bili ng mabahongnitlog

      When u finished boiling da water with da salt evaporate, let it cool down until its warm, then there u go put da egg in their

    Don't use iodide salt instead use rock salt , much better , thanks for sharing

      True, rock salt tastes way better than table salt.

      Vicky Ong - That is correct, Iodide leaves a bitter taste. Salt in the Philippines are always iodized because they come from the sea. We followed American laws adding Iodine to salt because salt in the US is mined and contains no Iodide.

      Hello po ask ko sana .normal lang ba na medyo may water and so soft ang white? Yung orange nag oil na pero.ang white sobrang lambot.. chiken egg po ang gamit ko.. cured ko siya ng 31 days.. .. na absorve yata ng white yun salt water? Thanks po sa advise ano ba tamang gawin... gumawa po ako ng ..mga 200 eggs in a container.. thanks po uli

      Once you started soaking the eggs into brine solution, the fermentation is already in the process. Therefore, the egg are being preserved. Making salted egg is just one way of preserving eggs. Hope it helps 😊

      kung magagamit pa yan... matabang na ang pagkaalat ng 2nd batch.
      Kasi, sinipsip na ang asin ng first batch.
