While on the otherhand Brown eggs need to be cook, I’ve tried submerging it for even 30 days but it never get cook by brine itself. Problem: maybe the shell is too thick.

Once you started soaking the eggs into brine solution, the fermentation is already in the process. Therefore, the egg are being preserved. Making salted egg is just one way of preserving eggs. Hope it helps 😊

Faster time to eat...boil the salted water and let boil. Let it cool to room temperature before pouring the salty water into jar w/ eggs.
