Tiny Toon Adventures: Barrel of Death

What the hell is even happening here? Beloved 1991 NES "classic" Tiny Toons is actually pretty terrible, owed largely to stuff like this. This isn't the only instance of a normal looking platform being random-chance deadly to the touch.

I think you can out pace the sparks if you move off them fast enough.
