@@suqd674 He certainly takes existing melodies into his works, but what he does with those still takes a lot of skill. There are some detailed breakdowns of his pieces on UA-cam highlighting his shifts between tempi and scales. He is not just copying other people's work, he is being influenced but skillfully turns it into something different. Which is what basically everyone in music does.

@@suqd674 Can you give me some examples? I want to look into that. Because the ones I can think of right now are old folk songs and classicsl music (Beethoven). And neither of those is copyrighted.
