I also should not ingest yeast of any kind. For some reason my body naturally produces to much yeast on its own. So I take olive leaf or organic cold pressed coconut oil everyday, plus limit my intake of any yeast. Good luck on your journey
Absolutely on target with vibe plates Dr. O. I have use one every day for about 16 years. They , used correctly . can be equal to about an hour or more of exercising. Yoga is also a great gentle exercise. The main thing is you need to move every day all day, even if it just means getting up and standing or walking around. Sitting for hours is like smoking a pack of cigarettes.
I have been training a lot, walking, light strength training, kind of hard, but not going overboard, imo. My back pain is getting much worse. I'm not sure why. I am in pretty decent shape already. I thought excersize was good for back pain, especially core work. Any thoughts on this? I don't want to stop.

I have been taking 4-6 grams of Vitamin C , it helps alot with pain . plus when I stick to diet of low carb/carnivore I'm pain free.

Walnuts, Flax seeds, Chia seeds. Either that or LOTS of leafy greens.
I soak my chia seeds for 10-15 minutes before adding them to my green smoothie. They can constipate otherwise.
