Great video Matt, rode Rogate for the first time a couple of weeks ago (although didn't get as much airtime as you}, thought it was great. Just getting back into MTBing after a gap of 10 years and loving it, there was nothing like this around when I started! Awesome channel mate love it.
Rogate is awesome mate. Even better when in the wetter months! Never toate to get back into the sport. I bet your glad your back on a bike though! Yeah Rogate is like a Beach when its dry! so so loose. amazing park though you definitely need to check it out! let me know if you do go down. maybe we could meet up for a shred i only live about an hour away!
@@MTBM-MattHowse Thought it might be apart from any trails with large roots I have tried Aston Hill and that's a great place but really slippery in wet conditions re chalk. I done a whole vid of this but had a problem with my hero 7 Black the hyoersmooth wasn't working properly so couldn't release the vid on my UA-cam channel as too shaky. I'm now going to use mine upside down as no matter what I have tried the hypersmooth isn't working like it used to very strange. Seems to work OK upside down with camera set to inverted or whatever the term is. Also done a complete vid at Windhill but had same problem and it was a sunny day
Yeah aston hill in the wet is a death wish haha! I only ever go there when its dry. Even in the dry its quite slick on trails like surface to air! Aston hill is probably one of my favourites and its not to far from me. The walk up is awful though!
