This is very concerning. Not only for merlin, all the projects in that area siddha, dtc all will have pollution. There are schools and hospitals (existing and coming up as well). Not sure how much environmental measures these industries are taking. Govt should not approve residential projects in industrial area below certain distance.

@@pujachowdhury2692 hi, the size of the flats are preety good i.e 812sqft 3bhk, but it depends on how many family members you have, if you compare the other projects in that same area, then merlin is way better than others due to multiple reasons
